Security Architecture
UltraSea Europe employs a multi-layered security approach for all our digital systems. All communication via our website is encrypted using TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption.
Data Protection
Customer data and technical specifications are stored in secure, ISO 27001-certified environments. Access is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis and multi-factor authentication is enforced.
Network & System Security
Our systems are continuously monitored for threats. We use intrusion detection systems (IDS), firewall segmentation and regular penetration testing to maintain a high level of security.
Responsible Disclosure
Have you discovered a vulnerability in our systems? We ask you to report it confidentially via security@ultrasea.eu. We take every report seriously and aim to resolve it within 30 business days.
Incident Management
In the event of a security incident, we will notify those affected and relevant authorities in accordance with GDPR reporting obligations within 72 hours. Our incident response team is available 24/7.
Vendor Management
All suppliers and partners of UltraSea Europe are assessed against security standards. Contractual agreements on data security are mandatory for every party with access to our systems or customer data.
